Silent practice -

On both the Foundation Course and the Advance Course, we have a Silent Retreat Day similar to during the 8 week MBSR Course, where you will be guided by Kathy in the core practices. That evening there you are also invited to the Albir Playa Hotel Senses Spa (not included in the course hours!) to deepen your experience of 'just being'

We also practice silence on most days from when the 'head hits the pillow' to after breakfast. We practice a 'soft, gentle and nurturing silence' emboding our practice and connection to all that is.
